At times an allergic reaction,
Can cause quite a chain reaction,
A sneeze, a cough, itchy eyes,
Symptoms that take us by surprise.

We try to avoid what we’re allergic to,
But sometimes it’s hard to see it through,
Pollen, dust, pets, and mold,
Can make us feel under the weather, we’re told.

Antihistamines and nasal sprays,
Help us get through the allergy days,
But when the symptoms are too strong,
We feel like we’re in the wrong.

So let’s take care of ourselves,
And avoid the things that make us swell,
For allergies may come and go,
But good health will always be aglow.
