Beyond the galaxy beyond humanity’s reach,
A thousand stars twinkle and each,
In awe, we stare at the vastness of space,
Wondering what secrets it holds in its embrace,
Light years away, a new world may be born,
But we’re stuck on Earth, forever forlorn,
Our imaginations take flight, but reality keeps us in check,
Such is the plight of our existence, oh what a wreck!
