Fears and worries pile,
Piling up mile by mile,
Mind racing all the while,
Making it hard to smile.
Anxiety’s grip is tight,
Terror takes over the night,
Trepidation at its height,
Trapped in a constant fright.
Doubts like a dark cloud,
Dread screaming loud,
Distress in a shroud,
Despair in a crowd.
Insecurity’s icy touch,
Inner demons start to clutch,
Imagining things as such,
Insanity seems too much.
Paranoia’s poison seeps,
Pressure builds and creeps,
Panic attacks in heaps,
Paralysis as the mind weeps.
