Groupism in any field is curse,
It divides and makes things worse,
Individuals lose their identity,
And become part of a crowd’s entity.

Collaboration is good, but not at the cost,
Of losing oneself and becoming lost,
In the sea of opinions and conformity,
That comes with groupism’s enormity.

Let us celebrate our uniqueness,
And work together without meekness,
For only then can we truly progress,
And leave behind groupism’s mess.
