Bitter medicine, a necessary pill,
To cure the sickness, to mend the ill,
A taste so sour, hard to swallow,
But the only way, to cure and follow.
The bitter pill, a tough demand,
Yet it holds the healing hand,
A bitter taste, but a sweet relief,
The only way, to heal the grief.
Medicine may be bitter, but it’s true,
The bitterest pill may be good for you,
So take it down with a hopeful will,
And let the bitter pill do its fill.
