It’s okay to not be okay sometimes,
To feel lost and alone.
To feel like you’re not good enough,
Or that you’ll never be happy.
It’s okay to cry,
To scream,
To break things.
To let it all out.
It’s okay to not have all the answers,
To not know what you want to do with your life.
To just take things one day at a time.
It’s okay to make mistakes,
To learn from them,
And grow.
It’s okay to be you,
Whoever that is.
So don’t be afraid to feel,
To let yourself be vulnerable.
To reach out for help,
When you need it.
Because it’s okay.
It’s okay to not be okay.
