Desperate scream, so loud and harsh
Begging for help, an inner-torch
Icy fingers clutching at my heart
Pain and darkness, a broken dart
No hope in sight, no one can hear me
I’m all alone, pain so eerie
Who can I turn to, in my darkest hour
Taking over, all the dark devours
The desperation heard in my screams
In the darkness, a light beam
Gone is the despair, from deep inside
Now I have hope, so I can survive.

When everything ceases
When all is still, and darkness reigns supreme
Amidst the silence, a tale of life’s dreams
Are born in the heart, where hope does gleam
In whispers soft, a secret it would seem
The world outside may be barren and cold
But within, a fire burns, bold and old
It warms the soul, and lifts the veil
Revealing visions of a brighter sail
Across the horizon, a glimmer appears
A light that guides, through doubts and fears
A promise kept, a journey to pursue
A future bright, for me and you
So let us embrace this quiet night
And let our imaginations take flight
For when everything ceases, we find peace
And in our hearts, a new beginning release.

World we once knew
The world we once knew, had now melted away
Only shadows of what we had remained
The fabric of our lives was now changed
We looked for a glimpse of hope today
Blankets of sadness steadily moved in
As we mourned what would never be again
A deep feeling that all was lost
Stayed with us at all cost
But then something changed inside
We looked around and realized
In the depths of the darkest night
Faint lights still glowed with delight
We discovered hope, courage and faith
Could still exist in it’s space
That instead of a world that melted away
A new one had been reborn that very day.

Behind the door
Behind the door she cautiously skulks,
A soft and gentle knock,
Unsure of where this danger lurks,
The terror is not stopped.
From the shadows she nervously peers,
Always cautious, always scared,
In the dark she’s mostly safe here,
From alarming pain and danger spared.
When the darkness starts to close in
She flees in terror in the night,
Unsure of where she’ll wind up then
But thankful for her flight.
Hidden from sight amongst the trees,
She finds a rare moment of stillness,
Silence, peace and safety receives,
Safely protected from any illis.

Knight of the Darkness
I’ve navigated sorrow’s tempestuous sea,
Seeking answers for the morrow, free,
Through hell’s fiery depths I’ve trod,
My deepest desires to unclod. But the time has come to set my heart ablaze,
To leave the shadows of the past’s haze.
In the light’s embrace, I must now confide,
Though my soul with darkness is entwined.I am the knight of the darkness, bred on fear,
Your worst nightmare, yet you hold me dear.
A demon of forgiveness, I grow strong,
From your weakness, my power prolongs. With me, you are hopeless, yet you yearn,
For a connection, a bond to burn.
But I am the one you will wish you never knew,
Your perfect facade, marred by hues.I am the master of cards, the heart’s thief,
Capable of tearing apart with a brief,
Leaving you defenseless, bereft of guard,
In a world where shadows forever ward.I am the lies beneath truth’s guise,
The agony that never subsides.
You wonder which version of me you’ll meet,
As you seek to transform the demon’s heat. But only my dark side you know,
The truth I’m unafraid to show.
Now you’re aware of the demons within,
Their chains unlatched, their freedom to begin.I know you’ve tried, I know you’ve wept,
I don’t wish to see your pride adept.
Please flee, find a safe haven to hide,
Don’t stand by my side, the world’s wide.My soul is dark, and I fear this ride,
To find my kind side, I must confide.
I’m sorry, but you must leave me behind.agony, angel, Convert, dark side, darkness, defenseless, Demon, demons inside, fear, Forgiveness, heart thief, hide, hopeless, kind side, Knight of the darkness, leave behind, lies, master of cards, nightmare, poem, poems, ride, safe place, tear apart, terrified, truth, uncouth, version, weakness, world wide

Sheltered
A humble home, a haven from the storm,
A cozy sanctuary, a place to be warm.
A roof over your head,
Is more important than the stars in the sky spread.
For the stars are but distant lights,
That twinkle and gleam in the darkest nights.
But a home is a place where your heart can rest,
Where you are safe and loved, at your very best.
So cherish your shelter, your humble abode,
For it is a blessing, a gift bestowed.
And though the stars may be bright and fair,
A home is a treasure beyond compare.

Tapestry of Life
Needle and thread at my fingertips, I weave the tapestry of my life. Scars, witnesses to my resilience, Bruises, reminders of my healing, Heart, stronger but bleeding, Life, calming but clouded with pain, Ocean, stormy but destined for tranquility.
The future, a canvas waiting to be painted, Though my plans may not adhere to my design. Sometimes I yearn to flee, But life’s grip is firm, demanding patience.
So I wait, darkness my companion, Four walls my sanctuary. Until we meet again, I leave you my whispering poems, Thoughts to ponder and reflect upon.
I am a poet, my soul a fertile ground, Where poetry blooms like wildflowers unbound.

Everlasting Night
In my mind’s abyss, where darkness reigns,
I sink slowly, like quicksand’s chains.
Uncertain of what lies below,
I pray to a foreign God, my savior to know.I regret not taking the guided path,
Instead embracing this perilous wrath.
Familiar yet strange, this darkness surrounds,
As I yearn to break free, with hope unbound.Tears cascade, like raindrops in pain,
As I brace myself for the final campaign.
Darkness, I defy, with all my might,
To reclaim my light, and emerge from the night.

My love for you is true
Romance, a dance of two hearts,
A love story that never departs.
Eyes meet, and souls ignite,
A passion that burns so bright.Hand in hand, we walk through life,
Through joy and sorrow, through strife.
Your love is my guiding light,
Through the darkest of nights. In your arms, I find my home,
Where my heart can truly roam.
You are my everything, my love,
My gift from above. My love for you is true.

Nocturnal Strife
In the dead of night, a young boy takes flight, A vampiric visage, a sinister sight. When the world’s asleep, and darkness reigns, He haunts the streets, igniting his pains.
His parents’ slumber, a veil to his crime, Their child transformed, a creature of time. A thirst for chaos, a hunger profound, In the cover of night, his victims are found.
At clubs and parties, where merriment chimes, He slashes and carves, in the name of his crimes. A twisted desire, a heart turned to coal, Leaving behind a trail of horror untold.
But within his soul, a conflict doth brew, Between light and darkness, the false and the true. A vampire slasher, a creature of strife, Trapped in the chaos of his double-edged life.
And like Peter Tosh, the rebel of old, A story untold, a truth to be bold. A struggle within, a fight to be free, From the darkness that binds, and the path he can’t see.
For the vampire slasher, in shadows he roams, A young boy lost in his twisted psychone. But redemption’s embrace, a glimmer of hope, May guide him back to the light on his scope.

Fatal Attraction
When seduction turns into brutal crime,
Love becomes a nightmare, time stands still.
Passion consumed by rage,
A fatal attraction, a killer’s thrill.
The object of desire, now turned to prey,
Their innocence lost, their life on display.
The hunter’s gaze, cold and unyielding,
A darkness within, forever concealing.
The fatal attraction, a twisted bond,
A love that knows no bounds, beyond.
The victim’s plea, unanswered and unheard,
Their fate sealed, their final word.
In this twisted tale of love and hate,
Passion consumes, leaving nothing but waste.
A fatal attraction, a love so deep,
It drives one mad, asleep or awake.
Beware the one whose love burns bright,
For in their eyes, there may lurk a night.
A fatal attraction, a love so blind,
It leaves a trail of sorrow and pain behind.
If you find yourself caught in this snare,
Flee before it’s too late, take care.
For the fatal attraction, once it takes hold,
Will consume your soul, leaving you cold.

Life is life
Life is life, and what is more
Than life? A little song
Of joy or sorrow, more
Or less, a little day
Of sun or shade, of play
Or work, of love or hate,
Of laughter or of tears,
A little space between
The cradle and the grave.
Life is life, and what is less
Than life? A little dream
Of beauty, or of bliss,
A little hope, a gleam
Of sunshine on a cloud,
A little starlight thrown
Across the shadows deep,
A little joy unknown,
A little grief unwept.
Life is life, and what is best
Than life? A little love
That fills the heart above
With joy, and makes it move
With strength and purity,
And makes it live and be
A little light of God
In the great darkness here.

Like fading rays
Like fading rays of the setting sun
You left me in the dark, alone and undone
You were the light of my life, the warmth of my soul
But you slipped away from me, leaving a gaping holeI still remember the days we spent together
Laughing and loving, promising forever
But now those memories are all that remain
A bitter reminder of what I can’t regainI wonder if you ever think of me
Or if you have moved on, happy and free
I wish I could see you one more time
To tell you how much I miss you, how much you were mineBut I know that’s just a hopeless dream
A fantasy that can never be
So I’ll just keep you in my heart
Like fading rays that never part

Today is broken, so I will cry
Today is broken, so I will cry,
A solitary tear, a river wide,
A sorrow’s depth, a sky’s height,
A fragile soul, a world’s weight.
The morning dawned, a false promise made,
A lie that mocked, a truth betrayed,
The sun rose high, a fiery blade,
That cut through dreams, a night’s disguise.
Yesterday’s memories, a faded hue,
A past that taunts, a present Blue,
Regrets and what-ifs, they crowd the mind,
A chorus chanting, a melody unkind.
Tomorrow looms, an uncertain guest,
A shadow dancing, a future unblessed,
The wind howls warnings, a storm’s portent,
A darkness gathering, a tempest’s consent.
Today is broken, so I will cry,
A lonely figure, against the sky,
A single drop, a deluge vast,
A sorrow’s ocean, forever fast.
The stars above, a distant throng,
A celestial choir, a heavenly song,
They sing of hope, a gentle breeze,
That whispers secrets, a symphony of ease.
But here on earth, a different tune,
A discordant beat, a funeral march boon,
The trees stand still, their leaves rustle sighs,
As nature mourns, a requiem replies.
Today is broken, so I will cry,
A fragile vessel, a sea of sighs,
A shattered dream, a world awry,
A solo voice, a universe denied.
Yet in the midst, a glimmer shines,
A ray of light, a beacon divine,
A chance to mend, a second chance,
A new beginning, a life to enhance.
Today is broken, but tomorrow waits,
A clean slate, a canvas unfurls,
A brush of hope, a palette bright,
A masterpiece, a new day’s delight.
So let the tears fall, let the heart weep,
For in the sorrow, a lesson keep,
That life’s a journey, twists and turns,
But strength and courage, our spirits learn.
Today is broken, so I will cry,
But with each tear, a wisdom nigh,
That though the world may shatter and fade,
Our inner strength, a rainbow’s shade.

Sullen Darkness
Caress my soul, and you shall see
A darkness that runs rampant with glee
It never sleeps, though I call it to bed
The sullen darkness within my headLife’s a canvas, painted blind
Brush strokes from a saddened mind
Tears are my portion, paradoxically sublime
Ears ever listening for death’s beckoning chimeSullen darkness, a constant companion
Haunting my thoughts, like a never-ending canyon
A void that can’t be filled, an emptiness that won’t subside
A sadness that can’t be denied, a darkness that won’t hideMy soul cries out for a glimmer of light
A hope that will guide me through the darkest night
But the darkness persists, a shadow that won’t recede
A constant reminder of the pain, that my soul does feedDeath’s beckoning chime, ever in my ear
A call to escape the darkness, to end my fear
But I hold on, to the hope that one day
The darkness will lift, and the light will have its way.

Moon Shadows
The moon, a glowing orb in the sky,
Casts shadows upon the earth below.
A world of darkness, yet not quite,
For the moon’s light still shines bright.
The shadows dance and sway,
As the moon rises higher each day.
A world of mystery and intrigue,
As the shadows shift and fatigue.
The moon’s shadow is a thing of beauty,
A sight to behold for all who see.
A reminder that even in darkness,
There is still light to be found.
-
The Mean Moon
The moon shines bright up in the sky,
But sometimes it can be quite sly.
It hides behind a cloud so mean,
Leaving us in darkness, unseen. Its light can change from big to small,
Leaving us with no light at all.
It teases us with its crescent shape,
And disappears without escape. The mean moon plays tricks on us all,
Leaving us feeling very small.
But we still love its beauty bright,
Even when it’s out of sight.
-
The Faceless Fear
The darkness creeps, the shadows loom,
A fear so deep, like impending doom.
No face to see, no eyes to meet,
Just icy grip and pounding beat.Paralyzed with dread, can’t move a limb,
Heart pounds so hard, it’s deafening.
The faceless fear, the unknown fright,
Grips you tight, all through the night.
-
A Light in the Darkness
A filament glows,
A spark of life,
A beacon of hope,
In the darkness of night. The light shines bright,
A warm and inviting glow,
A welcome respite,
From the cold and the snow. The light dispels the gloom,
And chases away the fear,
A reminder that even in the darkest of times,
There is always hope.
-
Save Me from Me
Save me from me,
From the doubts that I see,
From the fears that I feel,
From the wounds that won’t heal.
Save me from me,
From the thoughts that deceive,
From the pain that’s inside,
From the tears that I hide.
Save me from me,
From the darkness that be,
From the demons I fight,
From the sleepless nights.
Save me from me,
And set my troubled mind free,
Let hope be my guide,
And love be my pride.

Nocturnal Nostalgia
Dusk descends and darkness deepens,
Dreams diverge to dreadful deeds,
Nightmares now take over napping,
Nocturnal nostalgia needs.
Demons dance in daunting dresses,
Despair dominates the day,
Dreadful demons do their dances,
Draining dreams to disarray.
Dawn delivers daylight’s duty,
Darkness dwindles, dreams depart,
Daylight drives the demons distant,
Dreadful dreams done, a new start.
-
The Dual Nature of Dreams
Nightmares are dreams too,
In a different shade of blue.
They may seem like a frightful sight,
But they also hold some light.
In the darkness, we find our fears,
And face them with our tears.
We wake up stronger than before,
Ready to face life’s open door.
-
The Darkest Void
I stand in the center of the darkest void,
Where light and hope are quickly destroyed,
The silence here is deafeningly loud,
And darkness wraps around like a shroud.
No stars above to guide my way,
No path ahead, no night or day,
I’m lost within this endless space,
A lonely figure with no trace.
But still I stand, I will not fall,
For deep within my soul, a light does call,
A flicker of hope that burns so bright,
Guiding me through the darkest night.

Charcoal Legs
Charcoal legs, slowly but surely,
Transforming from flesh to fuel so pure-y.
Heat and pressure take their toll,
Turning limbs into coal. The burn begins at toes and feet,
Creeping up to calves and knees so neat.
Soon the thighs are all ablaze,
As the transformation continues in a fiery daze.Ashes form where skin once was,
Embers glow with a newfound buzz.
Darkness surrounds the charred remains,
As the flames dance in fiery refrains.Legs no longer able to stand,
Now fuel for fire, so grand.
Charcoal legs forevermore,
A transformation that we cannot ignore.
-
Luminous Lurking
A dark ambiance of light,
Dimness descends with the dusk.
Eerie shadows dance in sight,
As luminosity turns to rust.Somber shades of twilight,
Shroud the world in gloom.
The brightness of day takes flight,
And obscurity fills the room.Dreary darkness envelopes all,
As the last rays of light fade away.
The night’s eerie whispers call,
And the shadows come out to play.In this dim and dusky land,
Where light is but a memory.
The shadows take their stand,
And create an eerie symphony.
-
Lost in the Woods
Surrounded by a deep eerie forest,
Where trees towered and leaves rustled with unrest.
The path was winding and the air was cold,
The journey ahead seemed dark and bold. The moon was hidden behind a veil of mist,
And the stars were scarce, as if they didn’t exist.
The silence was broken by an owl’s hoot,
And the sound of footsteps that followed suit. The darkness enveloped everything in sight,
As I stumbled forward with all my might.
Lost in the woods, with no end in sight,
I prayed for dawn to bring some light.
-
Way Past the Point of Fearing the Darkness
Way past the point of fearing the darkness,
I embrace it with open arms, no less.
For in its depths, I find my solace,
A place where I can truly harness. The shadows that once made me quiver,
Now guide me to a place that’s richer.
Where secrets lie and dreams come alive,
And fears are nothing but a mere jive.In this realm, I am the master,
Of all that’s dark and full of wonder.
For I have conquered what once enslaved me,
And now, in darkness, I am truly free.
-
Angels and Demons
With demons nearing close angels now inhabit,
Their wings spread wide, they guard and commit.
To protect the world from darkness and despair,
They fly high above, with grace and care. The demons lurk in shadows, waiting to strike,
But the angels are ready, they won’t let them spike.
Their swords of light shine bright in the night,
And they fight until the dawn’s first light. The battle between good and evil never ends,
But the angels’ love for humanity never bends.
Their faith in God keeps them strong,
And they will fight until the last demon is gone.

Kerala Sorrow
Blood spilt on the sacred land,
By savage men with vicious hand,
Forced conversions and brutal rape,
Women’s agony, the valley’s gape.Difficult choices they had to make,
To lose their faith or their own life’s sake,
Living in fear, in their own land,
Injustice dealt with a cruel hand.Lives destroyed, innocence lost,
Painful memories that never exhaust,
Kerala weeps, for its daughters’ plight,
In dismal darkness, fought their might.

Trapped Beneath
I’m writhing beneath reality like a trapped animal,
Lost in a world, where nothing seems rational.
The weight of the world, pressing down on my soul,
Leaving me struggling, to simply stay whole.
The world can be cruel, and unforgiving,
Leaving us trapped, in a life barely living.
But even in darkness, there’s a glimmer of light,
A chance to break free, and take flight.
So let us rise, from the depths of despair,
And embrace the world, with a newfound care.
For life is a journey, with twists and turns,
And it’s in the struggles, where true growth is earned.
-
Fluttering Wings
Like caged butterflies, we long to be free,
To spread our wings, and soar with glee.
But the world around us can hold us down,
Leaving us trapped, in a life without sound.
The heart yearns for flight, for a chance to be,
Everything we were meant to be.
To dance with the wind, and touch the sky,
To feel alive, with every breath and sigh.
But fear can hold us back, like chains so tight,
Keeping us in darkness, away from the light.
So let us break free, from our cocooned state,
And embrace the world, with wings that elate.

The Sagging Smile
The sagging smile on my face,
Draws all soul-eating spirits to this place,
But I’ll crown my defeats with glory,
And write my own story.I’ll rise above the darkness and pain,
And break free from this haunting chain,
With each step, I’ll find my grace,
And wear a smile on my face.

The Enchantment of Night

The Sermon of Death
The preacher stood before the crowd,
His voice was clear, his words were loud,
He spoke of life, he spoke of breath,
But all could hear was the sermon of death.
He told of graves and tombstones cold,
Of stories that have been retold,
Of souls departing from this earth,
And leaving loved ones in their dearth.
He spoke of darkness, he spoke of pain,
Of tears that fall like summer rain,
Of hearts that ache and souls that weep,
And of the eternal slumber, deep.
But in his words, there was a light,
A hope that shone so clear and bright,
A promise of a better place,
Where love and joy will fill each space.
So let us heed the sermon well,
And on our journey, may we dwell
In kindness, love, and empathy,
And live a life that’s full and free.

Enchanted Night
Amidst the mystic allure of spirited darkness,
A world of magic and wonder awaits, boundless.
The stars above twinkle like diamonds in the sky,
Guiding us on a journey, as the night passes by.
The moon casts a spell, filling the air with its glow,
Creating a dreamy landscape, a surreal tableau.
The rustling of leaves, the whisper of the wind,
All add to the charm, a sense of mystery within.
The night is alive, with an energy all its own,
A place where secrets are kept, and stories are sown.
It invokes a sense of wonder, a feeling of awe,
A world where anything is possible, beyond what we saw.
Amidst the mystic allure of spirited darkness,
We find a world of enchantment, a place where dreams harness.
The night is a canvas, waiting to be painted,
With the colors of our imagination, a world uncharted.

The Weight of Ignorance
Words, ideas I cannot stand,
When ignorance rules over the land,
Facts and truth are shoved aside,
And blind beliefs become our guide.Logic and reason fall on deaf ears,
As misinformation spreads like fears,
Critical thinking takes a back seat,
And ignorance becomes the elite. But knowledge is power, and we must fight,
Against the darkness that blocks our sight,
For only then can we take a stand,
And free ourselves from ignorance’s hand.
-
The Weight of Sadness
All the sadness sits and hits,
Heavy like a ton of bricks,
Tears fall down like pouring rain,
Heartache causes so much pain.
Emptiness fills up the room,
Like a dark and endless tomb,
Loneliness becomes a friend,
As the heart begins to bend.
But hope can light the darkest night,
And guide us towards a better sight.
-
Stripped Bare
The night stripped the truth of me,
A moment of vulnerability, wild and free,
Revelation of secrets, long kept hidden,
A soul laid bare, all pretense ridden.
In the darkness, I found a release,
A chance to let go, and find some peace,
The weight of my burden, lifted at last,
As the night whispered, “this too shall pass”.
Exposed and raw, I faced my fears,
And watched as they dissolved into tears,
The truth, a balm that set me free,
As the night stripped me bare, and let me be.
