Oh, the things that I hear and I see,
They just make me want to be free;
From the people who say “What really?”
And the things that they think they can see.
“What really happened?” they ask me,
“What was the real reason?” they say.
But I’ve learned that there’s no such thing,
As the real reason, I’m afraid.
There are just a million different ways
To look at the same old thing,
And each one is right in its own way,
So why should we argue and sing?
So let’s just agree to disagree,
And stop asking these silly old questions;
And if you must ask “What really?”
Just ask yourself, and then guess.

Empty shells
Empty shells on the shore
Remind me of the days before
When we were young and free
And filled with joy and gleeEmpty shells in my hand
Remind me of the times we planned
To travel the world and see
All the wonders that could beEmpty shells in my heart
Remind me of how we fell apart
When we grew old and cold
And lost our dreams and goalsEmpty shells in my mind
Remind me of what I left behind
When I chose to walk away
And face a lonely day

Meaning of meaning
What is the meaning of meaning?
I’ve searched and searched, I’m still a-dreaming,
The more I think, the more I’m losing
The meaning of that very thing.
Some say that meaning is the goal,
That we must strive to reach it whole,
But then, what is the goal of striving,
If striving is the thing we’re buying?
Is meaning something that we find,
Or something that we make up kind?
If meaning is something that we make,
Then what I make is what I take.
And if I make my meaning so,
Then meaning has no meaning, oh,
But if I find my meaning out,
Then meaning has a meaning, shout!
So meaning is a mystery,
A thing that’s hard to understand,
But if I think about it lots,
Maybe I’ll find the answer, grand.absurdism, answer, dream, existentialism, Find, Goal, humor, introspection, lose, lots, make, meaning, mystery, philosophy, poem, poems, Poetry, Pondering, questioning, reflection, Searching, strive, think

The Good Life
What is the good life,
That we all seek to find?
Is it wealth and fame,
Or a life of peace of mind? Some say it is pleasure,
While others say it is pain.
But I believe the good life,
Is a life lived with meaning.A life of purpose,
A life of love,
A life of service,
To others and to above. So go forth and live your life,
To the fullest extent.
And find your own definition,
Of what the good life really means.

The Pursuit of Nikhedonia
In search of happiness, I roam
Through valleys, hills, and ancient Rome
My heart desires Nikhedonia’s bliss
A state of mind I cannot miss
I’ve traveled far and wide, you see
To find a place where I can be
Where joy is pure and unadulterated
And all my worries are alleviated
I’ve climbed the highest mountain peak
And sailed across the roughest creek
But still, Nikhedonia eludes me
A fleeting dream that I can’t quite see
I’ve searched in books and poetry
And studied ancient philosophy
But Nikhedonia remains a mystery
A puzzle that’s beyond my history
Yet still, I won’t give up the chase
For in this quest, I’ve found my place
To live a life of purpose and meaning
And find joy in every little thing.alleviated, ancient philosophy, books, dream, happiness, joy, meaning, mountain peak, mystery, Nikhedonia, poem, poems, Poetry, pure, purpose, Pursuit, puzzle, sailed, state of mind, Worries

The Poetry of Life
Life is a journey, full of twists and turns
With moments of joy and times that burn
It’s a canvas we paint with every breath we take
A story we write with every decision we makeIn poetry, we find solace for our soul
As words unravel the mysteries that life holds
It’s a reflection of our deepest fears and desires
A mirror that shows us what our heart requiresThe rhythm of life beats in every verse
As we navigate through blessings and curse
Our journey may be long, but poetry is our guide
To help us find meaning in this beautiful ride.

One life
One life. One life only, it’s all we’ve got,
Time and opportunity, they’re worth a lot.
Purpose and meaning, they’re what we seek,
Legacy and choices, they’re what we’ll leave.Regret and fulfillment, they’re two sides of a coin,
Happiness and gratitude, they’re what we’ll join.
Reflection and contemplation, they’re what we’ll do,
As we ponder the preciousness, of life so true.So make the most of it, while you still can,
For life is fleeting, like a grain of sand.
Chase your dreams, and follow your heart,
For that’s where true fulfillment, will always start.choices, Fulfillment, gratitude, happiness, legacy, life, meaning, opportunity, poem, Poetry, purpose, reflection, regret, Time

There Is Nothing Such As Love
There Is Nothing Such As Love
There is nothing such as love, they say,
A feeling so fleeting, that fades away,
A mirage in the desert, that’s hard to grasp,
A thing of beauty, that’s destined to lapse. The heart, it beats, with a primal need,
A hunger so deep, that’s hard to feed,
Its desires, they change, and fill us with doubt,
A thing of beauty, that’s always in drought. The mind, it wanders, with a restless soul,
A search for meaning, that’s hard to control,
Its thoughts, they race, and fill us with pain,
A thing of beauty, that’s hard to sustain. But still we search, for that elusive thing,
That feeling so pure, that makes our hearts sing,
We hope and dream, that one day we’ll find,
A thing of beauty, that’s always so kind. For there is nothing such as love, they say,
But we still hold on, to that hope every day,
That we’ll find that feeling, that’s worth all the strife,
A thing of beauty, that’s the essence of life.

The Art of Perspective
The Art of Perspective
Life is an art, a masterpiece divine
With perspectives vast, diverse and fine
Contagious they are, spreading like fire
My fear is losing mine, in envy’s desireBeauty is in the eye, of the beholder they say
Perspective displayed, in a unique way
Words inherit meaning, in every hue and shade
Patience burns within, a raging flame unslayedA pat on the shoulder, eases the pain we bear
A simple gesture, showing someone you care
Life is an art, a canvas we paint
With perspectives unique, no two the same.

Serenity Revealed
Serenity Revealed
I used to chase the worldly things
The fame, the wealth, the power
I thought they would make me happy
But they only made me sourI realized I was missing something
A deeper meaning to my life
A purpose that would fill my soul
A reason to surviveI started to look within myself
To find the truth I sought
I discovered a hidden treasure
A gift that can’t be boughtIt is the serenity of being
The joy of simply living
The peace of accepting what is
The grace of forgiving and givingThis is the serenity revealed
The secret of happiness
It is not in the outer world
But in the inner bliss

The Pain of Being Me
The Pain of Being Me
I live in a world that does not understand me
A world that judges me by how I look and act
A world that expects me to conform and agree
A world that rejects me for being different and abstractI suffer in silence as I hide my true self
As I pretend to be someone that I’m not
As I suppress my feelings and emotions on a shelf
As I deny my identity and dreams that I’ve gotI cry in the dark as I feel alone and hopeless
As I wonder if there’s anyone who cares
As I question if there’s any meaning or purpose
As I despair if there’s any hope or prayersI long for a day when I can be free and happy
When I can embrace who I am and what I feel
When I can find someone who loves me for me
When I can heal from the pain of being real.abstract, act, agree, alone, am, anyone, being, cares, conform, cry, dark, day, deny, despair, different, dreams, embrace, Emotions, expect, feel, feelings, Find, free, happy, heal, hide, hope, hopeless, identity, judge, long, look, love’s, me, meaning, not, pain, poem, Poetry, prayers, pretend, purpose, question, real, reject, Self, shelf, silence, someone, suffer, suppress, true, understand, what, who, wonder, world

The Contrast of Life
Life is a contrast, a balance of light and dark,
A mix of joy and sorrow, a journey that leaves its mark.
A tapestry woven with threads of every hue,
A masterpiece that’s rich, a story that’s true.In the contrast of life, we find the beauty,
In the lows and the highs, we find the duty.
To embrace the moments, the ones that make us whole,
To cherish the memories, the ones that heal the soul. For in the contrast of life, we find the meaning,
To see the world in a new light, to find the leaning.
To live life to the fullest, to take the leap,
To find the courage to live, to cherish and keep.So let us embrace the contrast of life,
And trust the journey that’s ahead.
For in the contrast, we’ll find the light,
And a life that’s truly led.

Empty heart with a cluttered brain,
Lost and confused, feeling the pain.
Thoughts and worries pile up high,
Can’t seem to find a reason why.Loneliness creeps in, a constant friend,
Memories of love that never end.
Searching for meaning in this life,
Trapped in a cycle of endless strife.

Finding Meaning in the End: The Last Thing I Learned in Life
What is the last thing you learned?
Finding Meaning in the End: The Last Thing I Learned in Life
As a 30-year-old business owner and IT professional, I have spent a lot of time thinking about what it means to live a meaningful life. But it was not until recently that I discovered the most important lesson of all: finding meaning in the end.
My name is Vishal Dutia, and like many people my age, I often find myself caught up in the daily grind of work, family, and other obligations. But as I have grown older and seen the world change around me, I have come to realize that the end of life is not something to be feared or ignored, but rather something to be embraced and celebrated.
Finding meaning in the end means accepting that our time on this earth is limited, and that we must make the most of every moment. It means letting go of the things that do not matter, and focusing on the things that truly bring us joy and fulfillment. It means finding purpose in our work and relationships, and using our talents and abilities to make a positive difference in the world.
For me, one of the most powerful ways to find meaning in the end is through the process of reflection. By looking back on my life and the experiences that have shaped me, I can gain a deeper understanding of who I am and what I want to accomplish in my remaining years. I can also find peace and closure in the face of difficult memories or unresolved issues.
Another important aspect of finding meaning in the end is connecting with others. Whether it is through spending time with loved ones, volunteering in the community, or simply sharing our stories and experiences with others, these connections can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment to our lives.
Of course, finding meaning in the end is not always easy. There may be times when we feel lost or uncertain, or when we struggle to find our place in the world. But by staying true to our values and beliefs, and by embracing the journey of life with open hearts and minds, we can find peace, joy, and fulfillment in our final moments.
In conclusion, finding meaning in the end is a powerful and important lesson that we can all learn from, no matter what stage of life we are in. By embracing the end of our lives and focusing on what truly matters, we can find purpose, fulfillment, and peace that will stay with us until the very end.

A mystery to unravel, the answers not yet found,
Is it about the joys, the laughter and love,

Lost in thought
LOST IN THOUGHT
Lost in thought, I wander on,
Through the valleys of my mind,
A labyrinth of memories,
And dreams of every kind. The world around me fades away,
As I delve into my soul,
A place of endless wonder,
Where my thoughts can take control.I ponder on the mysteries,
Of life and love and pain,
And search for hidden meanings,
In the messages they contain.I lose myself in contemplation,
And forget about the time,
For in this state of mind I find,
A sense of peace sublime. So let me stay here for a while,
Lost in thought and deep reflection,
For in this place of solitude,
I find my own perfection.

In every sentence, a glimpse of your mind,
A world so complex, yet so kind.In each letter, a hidden emotion,
A story untold, a deep devotion,
In every syllable, a rhythm so sweet,
A melody that my heart cannot beat.

Deep Meaning
Deep meaning fills my sorrow and makes my love cool.
I never thought truth would act this way. Beyond perceptions, it’s participatory affection.
I never thought truth would act this way.Deep meaning fills my sorrow and turns love into tool.
I never thought I’d work this way.
With hands on deck, steering out of my mess.
I never thought I’d get away.Deep meaning fills my hallow and glues me in to revelations.
Watching cryptic worlds undress, removing the stress.
I never thought I’d be okay again.Deep meaning fills my soul, and my thoughts align.
Reorienting my passion alive.
I never thought I’d love again.©VishalDutia
