The loss pierces deeply,
A dagger to the heart,
The pain lingers endlessly,
It tears us apart.
The memories that remain,
So bittersweet and sad,
The moments that were shared,
The laughs that we had.
The path of life goes on,
In ways we can not see,
The future uncertain,
The past, a mystery.
But the love that was felt,
Will never subside,
It carries us forward,
On our journey through life.

Sweet Sensation, Fiery Flame
I blaze with an emotion, I can not name
Sweet the sensation, like a fiery flame
The words fail to convey, I can’t profess
Silence is gold, speaking is worthless
Never does she care to nourish her parched heart
She only fuels her engines, then swiftly departs
Hush is the reply, more agony to my distress
Weeping over wasted chances, with a backward regress
The past is blocking against a rosy progress
Little winged fairy, how clever is your frame
Classy and shiny, there’s nothing to shame
You have the vast ocean; and an endless sky
You can have what you desire, staying in your zone
As I see in you the light of divine human kindness
You speak with a tongue endowed with poetic finesse
You are Eve who left a sore mark in my rib
You left my poetry ending with a rhyming sob
There’s a lamenting sigh, in every poem penned
There’s a spark at night with every candle lit.admiration, conflicts, Contrasts, divine kindness, emotion, Eve’s mark, fiery flame, flame, frustration, lament, little winged fairy, pain, poem, poems, poetic expression, poetic finesse, poetic improvisation, Poetry, regret, silence is gold, sorrow, spark, speaking is worthless, sweet sensation, unrequited love, wasted chances

Such a sigh
A sigh, such a sigh,
It seems so deep and true.
It has been long held in,
It signals me and you.
It speaks of grief, sadness, and pain, in silent language clear.
Each has all felt it, so tender and near.
For a moment it shall touch us,
In our hearts and our souls.
It’s an emotion no one can control.
You may try to hide it,
From all of the world’s views.
But a sigh, such a sigh,
Soon reveals so much more than you wish it to.
When all the heavy heartache and worry
Have finally receded from view,
Then that sigh, such a sigh,
Can bring us to peace so true.

You ran dry my words
The moment you left, the words just died.
You ran dry of what I had tried.
My heart was so broken and bruised,
My words now forever just refused.
My emotions so raw and painful to speak,
My words were emptied by what I seek.
My mind so heavy that all went dark,
My mouth dry of what I should hark.
You ran dry my words of wisdom,
All that really mattered is now forgotten.
My revelations now suspended in null,
My speech a speechless lull.
I was a quill without its ink,
My thoughts in a river, a permanent blink.
No longer having what to say,
I just lay there throughout the day.
But when I thought you had gone for good,
My words re-emerged from where they stood.
My mouth could speak again from the depths,
My words had life within each breath.
The moment you left, the words just died.
You ran dry of what I had tried.
But without you and the pain I saw,
My words would never re-draw.

New Reality
Atoms collide, a symphony of creation,
Visions form, the dance of existence.
Electrons leap, a silent, swift ballet,
In our minds, reality’s painted.
Inside, outside, a delicate fusion,
Patterns emerge, a tapestry we know.
From the past, to the future, and beyond,
Repeating, as we traverse life’s long road.
Breath by breath, with each pulsating beat,
We tread familiar paths, yet new.
In our heads, the world and its people dwell,
A kaleidoscope of thoughts, a labyrinth to tell.
Behind the eyes, between the eardrums’ stir,
It’s here, this place where we perceive.
Until we close our eyes, and dreams unfurl,
A world apart, where sorrow’s not a burden.
Stimulated, mystified, we rise again,
Inspired to conquer, to transcend.
Lifting ourselves from pain’s relentless grasp,
Into a new reality, where we finally surpass.
Coalescing, a vision, clear and bright,
Electrons hop, igniting synapses’ light.
Between you and me, this shared reality,
A testament to life’s persistent mystery.apart, atoms, ballet, beat, beyond, breath, bright, burden, Clear, close, coalescing, Collide, conquer, creation, Dance, dreams, dwell, eardrums, electrons, emerge, existence, eyes, familiar, Fusion, future, grasp, hop, igniting, inside, kaleidoscope, labyrinth, leap, life’s mystery, life’s road, light, minds, mystified, new, new reality, outside, pain, painted, past, paths, Patterns, people, perceive, poem, poems, Poetry, pulsating, reality, relentless, repeating, rise, shared, silent, sorrow, stimulated, surpass, Swift, symphony, synapses, Tapestry, testament, Thoughts, transcend, unfurl, vision, Visions, world

Tapestry of Life
Needle and thread at my fingertips, I weave the tapestry of my life. Scars, witnesses to my resilience, Bruises, reminders of my healing, Heart, stronger but bleeding, Life, calming but clouded with pain, Ocean, stormy but destined for tranquility.
The future, a canvas waiting to be painted, Though my plans may not adhere to my design. Sometimes I yearn to flee, But life’s grip is firm, demanding patience.
So I wait, darkness my companion, Four walls my sanctuary. Until we meet again, I leave you my whispering poems, Thoughts to ponder and reflect upon.
I am a poet, my soul a fertile ground, Where poetry blooms like wildflowers unbound.

Familiar Feeling
This wistful longing, deep and true,
Though known to you, it feels anew.
A poignant tugging on your heart,
A distant echo, yet a piercing art.
You call it by a different name,
But its essence remains the same.
A yearning for what once was lost,
A love that lingers, at any cost.
Is it nostalgia, bittersweet and tender,
Or longing, a flame that burns forever?
Perhaps it’s both, a bittersweet refrain,
A testament to love, despite the pain.
Whatever its name, this feeling so real,
Is a reminder of love’s enduring zeal.alliteration, Bittersweet, enduring, essence, familiar feeling, longing, loss, love, memory, nostalgia, pain, poem, poems, Poetry, poignant, reflection, refrain, reminiscence, wistful, Zeal

Let’s just move on.Forget the pain,

Let’s focus on the present.
Let’s make the most of it,
And create a better future.Forget it, darling,

And never look back.clean slate, forget it darling, future, move on, pain, past, poem, poems, Poetry, present, Start anew, tears

Love is a temporary thing
Love is a temporary thing,
A fleeting moment in time,
A spark that ignites and then burns,
But soon is turned to embers and ash. It’s a feeling that comes and goes,
A wave that washes over you,
Bringing joy and happiness,
But also pain and sorrow too. It’s a risk that we all take,
To give our hearts to another,
In the hope that it will last,
But knowing that it may not.So if you find yourself in love,
Enjoy it while it lasts,
And don’t be afraid to let go,
When the time comes for it to end.For love is a temporary thing,
But the memories will last a lifetime.

My spirits lifted
My spirits lifted, my heart feels light,
The clouds have parted, the sun shines bright.
The world is a better place today,
For I have found a friend in you, a way.To lift me up when I am down,
To make me laugh when I am frown.
To share my joys and share my pain,
To be there for me through thick and thin. You are a true friend, a rare gem,
I am so grateful to have you in my life.
You make me feel loved and cherished,
And I will always be here for you, my friend.Thank you for lifting my spirits,
I am so glad that we are friends.

Today is broken, so I will cry
Today is broken, so I will cry,
A solitary tear, a river wide,
A sorrow’s depth, a sky’s height,
A fragile soul, a world’s weight.
The morning dawned, a false promise made,
A lie that mocked, a truth betrayed,
The sun rose high, a fiery blade,
That cut through dreams, a night’s disguise.
Yesterday’s memories, a faded hue,
A past that taunts, a present Blue,
Regrets and what-ifs, they crowd the mind,
A chorus chanting, a melody unkind.
Tomorrow looms, an uncertain guest,
A shadow dancing, a future unblessed,
The wind howls warnings, a storm’s portent,
A darkness gathering, a tempest’s consent.
Today is broken, so I will cry,
A lonely figure, against the sky,
A single drop, a deluge vast,
A sorrow’s ocean, forever fast.
The stars above, a distant throng,
A celestial choir, a heavenly song,
They sing of hope, a gentle breeze,
That whispers secrets, a symphony of ease.
But here on earth, a different tune,
A discordant beat, a funeral march boon,
The trees stand still, their leaves rustle sighs,
As nature mourns, a requiem replies.
Today is broken, so I will cry,
A fragile vessel, a sea of sighs,
A shattered dream, a world awry,
A solo voice, a universe denied.
Yet in the midst, a glimmer shines,
A ray of light, a beacon divine,
A chance to mend, a second chance,
A new beginning, a life to enhance.
Today is broken, but tomorrow waits,
A clean slate, a canvas unfurls,
A brush of hope, a palette bright,
A masterpiece, a new day’s delight.
So let the tears fall, let the heart weep,
For in the sorrow, a lesson keep,
That life’s a journey, twists and turns,
But strength and courage, our spirits learn.
Today is broken, so I will cry,
But with each tear, a wisdom nigh,
That though the world may shatter and fade,
Our inner strength, a rainbow’s shade.

Earth Bleeds as We Ignore Her Pain
Her oceans rise, her lands divide,
Nature’s wrath awakened from slumber deep,
Yet still we ravage her body,
Blind to her agony, deaf to her plea.
Greed drives us to exploit her wealth,
Ignoring her fragile health,
Disregarding warnings left unheard,
Bringing forth her slow decay and death.
Now she screams in tormented cries,
Her tears fall as acid rain,
Earth bleeds as we ignore her pain,
Unknowingly signing her own fate.

Grief
In her heart,
a pain so deep,
Grief like a wound
she couldn’t keep,
Screaming out,
but no one heard,
The weight of sorrow,
like a bird,
Broken and shattered,
she found her way,
Love’s healing balm,
led her to a brighter day.Follow me on threads: https://www.threads.net/@vishal.dutia.poetry

Melancholic Melodies
Melancholic tunes resound through the night,
Lost love, once soaring, now out of sight.
Sombre refrains of a bygone amour,
Drowning in pain, past its prime, obscure.
Each note, a reminder of what has passed,
Of a symphony of love that couldn’t last.
Melodies dance, filled with despair and yearning,
As our love dissolves, leaving hearts burning.
Keys on the piano weep with regret,
As we mourn what we couldn’t forget.
Harmony shattered, rhythm disrupted,
Love once thriving, now left corrupted.
We listen to the tunes, hoping to find peace,
But dwindling love now only haunts our hearts with ease.

Fate’s Fury
I share my poison, serpentine and venomous
Heart’s rhythm changes, radioactive iridium
Scorpion rides to war, battling fate’s fury
Power trapped beneath skin, acidic evidence
Disguise disappears, clouds clear, no heaven in sight
Martyred, longing for love, yearning to beat the drumFantasizing of a home, fate’s tricks, misery’s sound
Together or alone, suffering is all that’s found
Midnight calls, gravity shakes, crumbling, maybe
One more bowl to numb, letting go seems so crazyPain sworn to fight, contortion in chest, finding a way
Crippled heart seeks peace, life’s light at end of the day

Stone Sea
Water turned into stone, trenches engrave bones known
God forsaken or forsaken Him, back to water, thirst’s groanSadness toast, hat tipped to despair, anger seethes in silence’s lair
Searching for light, sun’s fragments touched, disappearing at night’s glareFate’s jaws trapped, something to contemplate, pain religion, belief overdue
Anguish commemorates love’s giving heart, beats in isolation, soul blue.

Silenced by Rape: A Survivor’s Journey to Healing
Trust broken, emotions drowned in rain
He promised love, but only brought pain
His touch barely a medicine to heal
His intentions unclear, filled me with fearHe smelled me like a new animal
Reacting to his abnormality, I pushed away
But he silenced me with a bruised, chapped kiss
His hands roamed, corpulent body pressed against mineClaws like birds of prey, he pounced
Taking my bust with violent force
As if I was the last piece of bread on earth
He parted my legs and entered meCold blood ran through my veins
Mourning with élan, I was unable to protest
As he explored me with his tongue and lips
Playing me like a toy, ignoring my painBut I refuse to let this define me
I am more than the sum of my parts
I will not let his actions consume me
For I am a survivor, with a beating heartI will find my own strength to bear this alone
For I am cultured, civilized, and strong
And though life can be tragically beautiful
I will rise above it all, and carry on.

Fighting Demons
Can’t put these feelings into words anymore
Everyone I loved, walked through the door
Moving from my bed, pacing the floor
Gave my heart, they still wanted moreLosing my mind, hating mankind
Feeling undefined, depression’s bind
Trying not to hear, voices in my head
Depression wants me dead, urging me to shred“Just one cut,” they say, “pain will go away”
“Just one pill,” they sway, forcing me to kill
Lost and found by darkness, a mess to suppress
Numbness is my address, pain is my stressNeed a piece of cake, or a lock in the oven to bake
Can’t feel, am I even real, will they still love me if I reveal?
Heart beating like a congo drum, louder than the hum
Nobody hears, nobody cares, can’t even breathe airMolly, weed, or vodka, what do I need?
Fighting demons, they feed, on my pain, they feed
Surrounded by love, but demons lurk within
A fight I can’t win, for it’s internal, deep withinJournal’s my only solace, no one knows my pain
A constant fight against demons, I can’t even name
Introvert coated in extrovert, they see the chocolate
But not the nuts beneath, take a bite, discover the truth, I beg you to docketFighting demons, a battle within
Love and pain, numbness and sin
Hoping for help, seeking a way out
Fighting demons, with every breath and shout

Unhealed Wounds
Painful bits of our past sneak up on us
Breaking open old wounds with a sudden rush
Threatening the foundations we have built
Reopening the scars we thought were filledFresh blood spills over the old stains
Painting our present with new pastel pains
Forcing us to look back to the past
Down the rabbit hole, we go too fastWe wish we didn’t know this path so well
But we must learn from our past to break the spell
To feed the lessons back to prescience
And move forward with newfound resilience

The Only Path Forward
To move on from her is the only path forward I can take,
But my heart is shattered, it’s a choice it cannot make.
I try to forget her, to push her out of my mind,
But memories of her linger, they’re difficult to unwind. The pain of heartbreak is a burden hard to bear,
I wish I could escape it, but it’s always there.
I long for the day when I can finally be free,
To move forward, to find happiness, to just be me.

Heart Speaks to Mind
Heart and mind, two different parts,
One feels emotions, the other imparts.
Heart speaks of love, joy, and pain,
Mind tries to rationalize and explain.Sometimes they clash, causing a strife,
But mostly they work together in life.
Dil ki baat dimag se kar lete hai,
Heart speaks first, mind takes it all in stride.

A Deeper Pain Penalized
The pain of loss is deep,
But there is a deeper pain,
A pain that comes from knowing,
That you could have prevented it.The pain of regret is like a cancer,
It eats away at your soul,
And it never goes away,
No matter how hard you try to forget. So if you are ever faced with a choice,
Choose the path that will cause you the least pain,
Because the pain of regret is a deeper pain,
And it is a pain that is never penalized.

Ephemeral Beauty
A flower blooms in the morning sun,
Its petals soft and pure and white.
But by the evening, it is gone,
Its beauty lost to sight.A bird sings in the summer air,
Its song a sweet and joyful sound.
But by winter, it is silent,
Its song no longer found.A moment of love, a touch of hand,
A kiss that seals a promise true.
But like a flower or a bird’s song,
These things are fleeting too.So let us savor all that is,
The good and the bad, the joy and the pain.
For all things are ephemeral,
And nothing lasts forever.

The Epiphany
Epiphany, a sudden realization,
A moment of truth, a new sensation,
A flash of insight, a bright idea,
A paradigm shift, a revelation so clear. The veil is lifted, the fog is gone,
The path is clear, the light shines on,
A new perspective, a different view,
The world transformed, fresh and new.

The Good Life
What is the good life,
That we all seek to find?
Is it wealth and fame,
Or a life of peace of mind? Some say it is pleasure,
While others say it is pain.
But I believe the good life,
Is a life lived with meaning.A life of purpose,
A life of love,
A life of service,
To others and to above. So go forth and live your life,
To the fullest extent.
And find your own definition,
Of what the good life really means.

Heartless Magician
A girl broken in love, A heart that could not cope. The magician, so charming But soulless with no hope.
Deceived by his magic, She fell for his cruel game. The pain in her heart Was his ultimate gain.
Her heart shattered in pieces With no glue to join together The heartless magician was long gone Leaving her to suffer forever.

The Pain in My Eyes
When I look at pictures of myself, I see the pain that I have felt. My eyes reflect my hidden woes, And all the hurts nobody knows.

Lovely Thorns
Amidst the roses, there are thorns
That prick and hurt, but love adorns
For beauty lies in every pain
A lovely thorn, a love to gain
Its sharpness hides a sweet surprise
A fragrant bloom that tantalizes
It teaches us to brave the tough
And cherish things that seem rough
So let the thorns adorn the rose
And teach us how true love grows

Save Me From Me
I’m lost within myself,
I cannot find my way.
I’m trapped inside my head,
I’m drowning in my pain.
I need someone to save me,
I need someone to pull me out.
I’m drowning in my despair,
I’m falling down without a doubt.
Please save me from me,
I cannot do this on my own.
I’m lost and all alone,
I’m begging you, please help me home.
-
Save Me from Me
Save me from me,
From the doubts that I see,
From the fears that I feel,
From the wounds that won’t heal.
Save me from me,
From the thoughts that deceive,
From the pain that’s inside,
From the tears that I hide.
Save me from me,
From the darkness that be,
From the demons I fight,
From the sleepless nights.
Save me from me,
And set my troubled mind free,
Let hope be my guide,
And love be my pride.

Fragments of Memories
I see your face, I hear your voice, But you are not here, not in this place. A shadow of your former self, A ghost of what once was, a lost love.
I try to reach out, to touch your hand, But my fingers pass right through your skin. I try to speak, to call your name, But my voice is lost in the wind.
I am left with only fragments, Of memories that are now all but gone. A smile, a laugh, a touch, a kiss, All that remains of what once was.

My Heart Ain’t Bulletproof
My heart ain’t bulletproof, it’s fragile as can be,
Each scar that I bear is a painful memory.
Love can be a weapon, it can hurt and cause pain,
My heart is a target, and I’m the one to blame.
I’ve tried to protect it, but it’s been shot through and through,
I thought love was the answer, but now I’m feeling blue.
The wounds may heal, but the scars will forever remain,
My heart ain’t bulletproof, and I’m the one to blame.

It Just Hurts So Much
It just hurts so much,
When the pain is all you can touch.
When the tears won’t stop falling,
And your heart feels like it’s stalling.
The weight of the world on your chest,
Makes it hard to catch your breath.
Every day feels like a battle,
And you’re not sure you can handle.
The memories that haunt your mind,
Are the ones that are hard to find.
The ones that make you question why,
You even bother to try.
But know that you are not alone,
And there is always a way home.
You just have to keep moving forward,
Even when it feels awkward.
It just hurts so much,
But someday you’ll feel the touch.
Of happiness and love and light,
And everything will be alright.

Lips gently pressed
Lips gently pressed upon a cold forehead,
A final kiss, a farewell to the dead,
Tears fall like rain, a heart full of sorrow,
As the world becomes a darker shade of tomorrow.
Memories flood, a life once lived,
A love once shared, a heart once grieved,
But through the pain, a glimmer of hope,
For a soul has ascended to a higher scope.
The warmth of a touch, a love still felt,
Though the body has left, the soul has not melt,
For in our hearts, their flame still burns,
A love eternal, forever yearns.

The Paradox of Lost and Found
Lost or found, it’s all the same,
A paradox with none to blame,
For what is lost must first be found,
And what is found may soon astound. The line between them is so thin,
It’s hard to tell where to begin,
For when we lose, we often gain,
And when we find, we feel the pain. The search for truth is never done,
For what is lost cannot be won,
But in the end, we all must see,
That lost and found are meant to be.
-
The Final Decision
Like a terminal patient with a gun to his jaw,
Every moment seems like an eternal flaw.
The weight of the world on his shoulders,
The pain of living, he can no longer smolder. The trigger is pulled, the bullet is fired,
The man falls down, his life expired.
His mind was made up, it was his final decision,
To end the pain and find eternal liberation. No one can know what he went through,
Only he knew what he had to do.
Like a terminal patient with a gun to his jaw,
He found peace in death, with no more flaws.
