A sigh, such a sigh,
It seems so deep and true.
It has been long held in,
It signals me and you.
It speaks of grief, sadness, and pain, in silent language clear.
Each has all felt it, so tender and near.
For a moment it shall touch us,
In our hearts and our souls.
It’s an emotion no one can control.
You may try to hide it,
From all of the world’s views.
But a sigh, such a sigh,
Soon reveals so much more than you wish it to.
When all the heavy heartache and worry
Have finally receded from view,
Then that sigh, such a sigh,
Can bring us to peace so true.

Navigating the Labyrinth of Life
In twisted tangles of an imbroglio,
A web of woes that doth entwine,
With knots of confusion, heart and soul do go,
And reason flies, like wind in leaves divine.
In this labyrinth of thoughts so intricate,
Where truth is lost, as in a maze profound,
The mind doth struggle to find its state,
As passions rage, like waves around.
But hope doth shine, like stars above,
A guiding light, to those who love,
For in the midst of all this strife,
Lies peace, if one but chooses life.
So let us not be daunted by the fight,
Nor lose our way in darkest night,
For in the end, we shall emerge from sight,
To see the beauty of the light.

Knight of the Darkness
I’ve navigated sorrow’s tempestuous sea,
Seeking answers for the morrow, free,
Through hell’s fiery depths I’ve trod,
My deepest desires to unclod. But the time has come to set my heart ablaze,
To leave the shadows of the past’s haze.
In the light’s embrace, I must now confide,
Though my soul with darkness is entwined.I am the knight of the darkness, bred on fear,
Your worst nightmare, yet you hold me dear.
A demon of forgiveness, I grow strong,
From your weakness, my power prolongs. With me, you are hopeless, yet you yearn,
For a connection, a bond to burn.
But I am the one you will wish you never knew,
Your perfect facade, marred by hues.I am the master of cards, the heart’s thief,
Capable of tearing apart with a brief,
Leaving you defenseless, bereft of guard,
In a world where shadows forever ward.I am the lies beneath truth’s guise,
The agony that never subsides.
You wonder which version of me you’ll meet,
As you seek to transform the demon’s heat. But only my dark side you know,
The truth I’m unafraid to show.
Now you’re aware of the demons within,
Their chains unlatched, their freedom to begin.I know you’ve tried, I know you’ve wept,
I don’t wish to see your pride adept.
Please flee, find a safe haven to hide,
Don’t stand by my side, the world’s wide.My soul is dark, and I fear this ride,
To find my kind side, I must confide.
I’m sorry, but you must leave me behind.agony, angel, Convert, dark side, darkness, defenseless, Demon, demons inside, fear, Forgiveness, heart thief, hide, hopeless, kind side, Knight of the darkness, leave behind, lies, master of cards, nightmare, poem, poems, ride, safe place, tear apart, terrified, truth, uncouth, version, weakness, world wide

The Dance of Truth and Lies
Truth and lies, a strange pair,
Walk hand-in-hand, everywhere.
Truth is pure and clear as day,
While lies are cloaked in shadows gray.Truth speaks with a voice so bold,
Lies whisper secrets, untold.
Truth is the light that guides our way,
Lies lead us astray. But oh, how often lies deceive,
And make us believe what we perceive.
They paint a picture false and fair,
And trap us in their cunning snare. So be wary of the lies you hear,
And hold truth close, my dear.
For truth is the foundation strong,
On which our lives belong. In this world of shifting sands,
Where truth and lies often join hands,
May we have courage to discern,
The truth from lies, and learn. To see the world with eyes so clear,
And banish all our doubts and fear.
For in the end, truth will prevail,
And lies will fade and fail.

Nocturnal Strife
In the dead of night, a young boy takes flight, A vampiric visage, a sinister sight. When the world’s asleep, and darkness reigns, He haunts the streets, igniting his pains.
His parents’ slumber, a veil to his crime, Their child transformed, a creature of time. A thirst for chaos, a hunger profound, In the cover of night, his victims are found.
At clubs and parties, where merriment chimes, He slashes and carves, in the name of his crimes. A twisted desire, a heart turned to coal, Leaving behind a trail of horror untold.
But within his soul, a conflict doth brew, Between light and darkness, the false and the true. A vampire slasher, a creature of strife, Trapped in the chaos of his double-edged life.
And like Peter Tosh, the rebel of old, A story untold, a truth to be bold. A struggle within, a fight to be free, From the darkness that binds, and the path he can’t see.
For the vampire slasher, in shadows he roams, A young boy lost in his twisted psychone. But redemption’s embrace, a glimmer of hope, May guide him back to the light on his scope.

Between Innocent and Guilt
The space between the two is thin,
A line so fine, it’s hard to see.
One step in either direction,
And you’re no longer what you used to be.
The innocent are quick to judge,
The guilty quick to hide.
But who is truly right or wrong?
Who can say with certainty?
The truth is, we all fall somewhere
In between the two extremes.
We all have our moments of weakness,
Our moments of sin.
So let’s not be so quick to judge,
Let’s not be so quick to hate.
Let’s try to understand,
And let’s try to forgive.
Because in the end, we’re all just human,
Trying to make our way through this life.
And we all deserve a second chance,
No matter what we’ve done.

What Really?
Oh, the things that I hear and I see,
They just make me want to be free;
From the people who say “What really?”
And the things that they think they can see.
“What really happened?” they ask me,
“What was the real reason?” they say.
But I’ve learned that there’s no such thing,
As the real reason, I’m afraid.
There are just a million different ways
To look at the same old thing,
And each one is right in its own way,
So why should we argue and sing?
So let’s just agree to disagree,
And stop asking these silly old questions;
And if you must ask “What really?”
Just ask yourself, and then guess.

The Three Books
The Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, and the Quran,
Three sacred texts, from different lands,
They teach us all the same, in different words,
The path to truth and love and hands. They tell us of a higher power,
A God who loves us all,
Who created us in his image,
And gave us free will to choose our call. They teach us to be kind and compassionate,
To help those in need,
To forgive those who have wronged us,
And to love our enemies. They tell us to live a moral life,
To be honest and just,
To be true to ourselves,
And to do what is right. These three books are a gift to us,
A guide to living a good life,
If we follow their teachings,
We will find peace and happiness. So let us read these books,
And learn from their wisdom,
Let us live our lives by their teachings,
And make the world a better place.

The Fire That Blazes Within
They don’t see the light in me,
A hidden star that glows.
They scorn and hate, but they can,t dim
The beauty in my soul. A star of hope sleeps in my heart,
It grows with every sneer.
It beams within, a radiant force,
That chases away my fear. It waits to shine,
to show the world Its joy and grace and might. And when it does, they’ll see the truth,
The star and the light.

The Paradox of Lost and Found
Lost or found, it’s all the same,
A paradox with none to blame,
For what is lost must first be found,
And what is found may soon astound. The line between them is so thin,
It’s hard to tell where to begin,
For when we lose, we often gain,
And when we find, we feel the pain. The search for truth is never done,
For what is lost cannot be won,
But in the end, we all must see,
That lost and found are meant to be.

The Unveiling
Thinking outside of Pandora’s box,
I found myself in a paradox.
The world was vast, my mind was small,
But I knew I had to give my all.I took a step, then two and three,
And soon I found what I wanted to see.
The truth unveiled before my eyes,
As I reached for the infinite skies. The secrets hidden deep inside,
Were now in plain sight, nothing to hide.
Thinking outside of Pandora’s box,
I found the key to unlock life’s locks.

Like a flower in the morning sun awoken.
A world of possibility, a new frontier,
Where love and hope will conquer fear.

A journey of self-discovery, a quest for truth,
Where the soul is nourished, in eternal youth.
Unlocking the secrets, of the universe above,
A journey of the heart, guided by love.
So let the journey begin, with each step taken,
A life of wonder, a world awakened.

The Art of Communication
We string along a sentence, we weave, A tapestry of words, to make believe, To share our thoughts, to make a point, To connect with others, to anoint.
For communication, it’s an art, A way to reach into the heart, To find common ground, to understand, To bridge the gap, to take a stand.
With words, we build, we create, A world of wonder, a world so great, We find our voice, we make it heard, We speak our truth, we spread the word.

The Art of Observation
Watch once, look twice,
For life’s full of surprise.
The things that we see
Aren’t always what they seem to be.
A smile can hide a frown,
And a king can wear a clown’s crown.
The sun may shine so bright,
But it can also bring the darkest night.
Watch once, look twice,
For truth may not be in plain sight.
The world is full of mystery,
And it’s up to us to solve the history.
So take a moment to observe,
And let your mind and heart converge.
For in the art of observation,
Lies the key to true revelation.

The Weight of Ignorance
Words, ideas I cannot stand,
When ignorance rules over the land,
Facts and truth are shoved aside,
And blind beliefs become our guide.Logic and reason fall on deaf ears,
As misinformation spreads like fears,
Critical thinking takes a back seat,
And ignorance becomes the elite. But knowledge is power, and we must fight,
Against the darkness that blocks our sight,
For only then can we take a stand,
And free ourselves from ignorance’s hand.

Stripped Bare
The night stripped the truth of me,
A moment of vulnerability, wild and free,
Revelation of secrets, long kept hidden,
A soul laid bare, all pretense ridden.
In the darkness, I found a release,
A chance to let go, and find some peace,
The weight of my burden, lifted at last,
As the night whispered, “this too shall pass”.
Exposed and raw, I faced my fears,
And watched as they dissolved into tears,
The truth, a balm that set me free,
As the night stripped me bare, and let me be.

A Thin-Lipped Smile
A Thin-Lipped Smile
A thin-lipped smile, so hard to read,
Is it joy or is it pain?
A mystery that we all concede,
A guarded secret that remains. Is it a mask to hide the truth,
Or a shield to protect the soul?
A subtle hint, a subtle sleuth,
A story that’s yet untold. The eyes may twinkle, the heart may soar,
But the lips remain so thin.
A hint of something, nothing more,
A mystery that’s hidden within. So let us ponder the thin-lipped smile,
And wonder what it may reveal.
For in its subtlety, we may find
A truth that’s raw and real.

A voice of freedom, that sets me free.

Every Moment Felt So Small
Every moment felt so small,
A fleeting glimpse, a passing call,
A whisper in the wind, so brief,
A momentary pause, so brief. But in those moments, we were alive,
Our hearts beating, our souls revived,
Each breath a gift, each step a dance,
Each second a chance, a new romance. For in those moments, we were free,
To be ourselves, to simply be,
To feel the sun, the wind, the rain,
To feel the joy, the love, the pain. And though those moments may be gone,
And though we may have moved along,
We carry with us all we felt,
The memories, the love, the melt.So let us cherish every moment,
No matter how small, no matter the component,
For in those moments, we find our truth,
Our purpose, our reason, our youth.

Wise Speak in Silence
Wise Speak in Silence
In stillness, wisdom speaks its truth,
A voice that echoes from the youth,
A power that can calm the storm,
And guide us through life’s every form.Silence speaks in whispers soft,
A language that the wise have oft,
Used to share their deepest thoughts,
And teach us what true wisdom wrought. For in the quiet of our hearts,
We hear the words that set us apart,
From the noise and chaos of the day,
And lead us on the path that’s right and true and gay.So listen well to wisdom’s voice,
It speaks in silence, but its choice,
Is to guide us to a life well-lived,
Where love and joy and peace are freely given.

The Mirror Lies
The Mirror Lies
I look at the mirror and see a face
That does not reflect who I am inside
A mask of perfection that hides the trace
Of all the flaws and scars I try to hideThe mirror tells me what I want to hear
That I am beautiful, smart and strong
But deep inside I know it’s insincere
A lie that I have believed for too longThe mirror lies to me and to the world
It shows a version of me that’s not real
A false image that I have carefully curled
To avoid the pain and fear that I feelBut I can’t live in this illusion forever
I have to face the truth and break the spell
The mirror lies but I can be clever
And find the beauty in myself as well.

That those who dare to dream and act
Will find their paths paved with gold
And reap the rewards of their pactSome people say that fortune favors the wise

Will see the truth behind the lies
And avoid the pitfalls of the scamSome people say that fortune favors the kind

It Was So Painful to Tell
It Was So Painful to Tell
It was so painful to tell,
The words that shook me, and made me swell.
With every breath, a new fear,
And every word, a new tear.It was so painful to tell,
The secrets hidden, in my shell.
With every look, a new scar,
And every thought, a new bar.It was so painful to tell,
The truth that haunted, and made me yell.
With every memory, a new pain,
And every moment, a new strain. But in the end, I found the strength,
To face the world, and go the length.
I found the courage, to speak my mind,
And leave the pain, and the fear behind. For it’s the truth that sets us free,
And the pain that fades, with each new plea.
It’s the courage we find, to speak our heart,
That sets us free, and makes us restart. So let us speak up, and break the chain,
And find the strength, to speak our pain.
For in the end, it’s the love we share,
That heals the wounds, and makes us repair.
