Do you yearn to read the words I weave,
Let my gentle whispers seep through the eve,
With each tease and every surprise,
My verses outnumber my many disguises.
Seemingly just a page away,
I pen these lines with something to say,
Whispering softly to myself,
Filling my shelves with endless scrolls.
My inky fingers now roam free,
As I tinker with another poem’s key,
Taking my time, bittersweet and slow,
Playing with rhythm and the dance of the flow.
But do I craft these words for you,
Left there pondering if I do,
Fearing there may be others, too,
More aligned with all my literary pursuits?
For now, all that I will truly write,
Is savored in this poetic delight,
Keeping you on edge, with bated breath,
As long as my ink still flows, I’ll weave this spell of breath.

The Doctor’s Words
The doctor’s words echo in my ears,
A label, a diagnosis that brings me fears.
I’m not the worst, I’m not the best,
But who am I, and what’s the quest?
I’m a mystery, an unresolved conundrum,
But what’s my diagnosis? It’s a stigma.
A load on my heart, a hardship to endure,
As I try to figure out just what’s pure.
Am I just a puzzle, a mystery, a game?
I wonder if I’ll ever be the same.
What will I do if this never ceases?

The Weight of Responsibility
In this world, one person, indeed,
Can hold the key to gain or loss, to succeed.
Their words, their actions, big or small,
Can lift us up, or make us fall.A teacher’s guidance, wise and kind,
Can open minds and hearts, we find.
A friend’s support, a lover’s care,
Can give us strength beyond compare. But words can wound, and deeds can harm,
And leave us scarred and filled with alarm.
A bully’s taunts, a tyrant’s reign,
Can leave us broken, filled with pain.So let us choose our words with care,
And let our actions be fair.
For each of us has the power to bless,
Or cause another’s deep distress. In this world, one person, indeed,
Can hold the key to gain or loss, to succeed.
So let us use our gifts with grace,
To build each other up, and light the way.

On this journey
On this journey through the vast unknown,
With words as our compass and our guide,
We shall explore the depths of the unknown,
And discover all that we can abide.
We shall travel through the realms of the mind,
And explore the depths of our souls,
We shall learn the secrets of the universe,
And discover our true selves along the way.
We shall not be afraid to venture forth,
Into the unknown and the untamed,
For we know that we are not alone,
And that we are always guided by the muse.
So let us set sail on this journey of discovery,
With our minds open and our hearts full of hope,
And let us see what wonders await us,
On this journey through the vast unknown.

Love’s Melody
Your eyes are like the stars,
So bright and full of light,
They draw me in and make me stay,
And never want to go.Your lips are like the rose,
So soft and full of grace,
They tempt me to taste their sweetness,
And never want to let go.Your skin is like the silk,
So smooth and soft to touch,
I want to run my fingers through it,
And never want to let go.Your voice is like the music,
So sweet and full of love,
It fills my heart with joy,
And makes me want to sing.I am lost in your love,
And I never want to find my way out,
For you are my everything,
And I love you more than words can say.

A story is never over
A story is never over
Though the page is turned, the pen is down
The words may fade, the characters may go
But the story lives on in the mindThe reader takes the story with them
To places they’ve never been before
To meet people they’ve never known
To experience things they’ve never feltThe story becomes part of them
It shapes their thoughts, their feelings, their dreams
It gives them something to hold on to
When the world seems dark and coldSo a story is never over
It’s always there, waiting to be told
To be read, to be shared, to be loved
To be passed on from one person to anotherSo let’s keep telling stories
Let’s keep the magic alive
Let’s keep the world dreaming

Words & Sex Intertwined
Verbal foreplay teases my mind,
Words evoke erotic images kind,
Desire builds, pulse quickens,
As fantasies unfold in my head.Sentences turn into sensuous sounds,
Whispered phrases ignite passions,
Emotions stirred through carefully chosen words,
Creating a virtual orgasm of sorts. With each sentence spoken aloud,
Arousal heightens, heartbeat pounds,
The power of language used to arouse,
Is a potent tool in the hands of skilled players found.

Wandering Words
Words walk random, waltzing with whims,
Wavering wildly, with wistful wings.
Whispers of wonder, weaving through winds,
Wandering words, with weightless wings.
Wondrous world of words, wild and wide,
Whirling and whistling, with a winsome pride.
Whimsical wanderers, with a wanton guide,
Wandering words, with a wavy stride.
Waves of wisdom, washing ashore,
Whetting the wit, with a wondrous roar.
Whispers of wonder, worth waiting for,
Wandering words, forevermore.

Love’s Lingering Language
Love’s lingering language lingers long,
Despite the numbness of the cold and frosty throng,
Expressions of the heart in words so bold,
Feelings frozen but still to be told.
The fire’s flames may flicker and fade,
But passion and poetry will never evade,
Rhymes and romance will always remain,
Even in freezing temperatures that cause us pain.
For love is a language that speaks to the soul,
It warms us up when we feel less whole,
And though the cold may numb our being,
Love’s language keeps our hearts from fleeing.
-
The Meaningless Words
Words that have no meaning,
Are like a bird without wings.
They flutter and fall,
And never make a call.Their sound is empty,
And their purpose is plenty.
To fill the silence,
With meaningless violence. But in the end, we find,
That words are not blind.
For even when they’re absurd,
They can still be heard.

A tribute to all poets
A tribute to all poets, who weave words like magic spells,
Whose lines can make us laugh or cry, or take us from heaven to hell,
They paint pictures with their verses, and create worlds with their rhymes,
Their words can heal a broken heart, or take us back to olden times. They capture the essence of life, in every single verse,
And make us feel emotions, that we didn’t know we could nurse.
They are the dreamers of our world, who put our thoughts to flight,
A tribute to all poets, who make our world a little more bright.

The Art of Communication
We string along a sentence, we weave, A tapestry of words, to make believe, To share our thoughts, to make a point, To connect with others, to anoint.
For communication, it’s an art, A way to reach into the heart, To find common ground, to understand, To bridge the gap, to take a stand.
With words, we build, we create, A world of wonder, a world so great, We find our voice, we make it heard, We speak our truth, we spread the word.
-
The Poet’s Craft
We grind the grit and rhyme,
To weave a tale that’s prime,
With words that dance and sing,
And make our spirits take wing.We search for just the right phrase,
To set our readers’ hearts ablaze,
To paint a picture in their minds,
And leave them with a sense that binds. We labor over every line,
To make sure it sounds divine,
And when we’ve done our very best,
We send it out into the quest. For poets know that words have power,
To lift us up or make us cower,
So we use them with great care,
To create a world that’s fair.

The Sting of Words
Disrespectful criticism not able to speak back,
Like venomous poison, it can cause a brutal attack.
Piercing through the skin, it seeps into the soul,
Leaving scars that are deep, taking a heavy toll.
The tongue can be a sword, cutting through the heart,
Leaving wounds that are hard to heal, tearing us apart.
The weight of words can be crushing, heavy to bear,
Leaving us feeling helpless, lost in despair.
It’s important to remember, words hold great power,
They can lift us up or bring us down in an hour.
Let’s use our voices to build, to encourage and inspire,
To lift others up, to spread love and light like a fire.

The Weight of Words
Disrespectful criticism not able to speak back,
A heavy burden on one’s mind, a relentless attack.
Words thrown like daggers, cutting deep,
Leaving wounds that are hard to heal and keep.
The weight of words can be immense,
Leaving scars that last, a lasting offense.
The tongue can be a weapon, sharp and deadly,
Inflicting pain and hurt, leaving one feeling lonely.
It’s important to choose our words with care,
To speak with kindness, show others we’re aware.
For once spoken, words can’t be taken back,
And the damage they cause, we can’t retract.
So let’s be mindful of the power we hold,
And use it for good, to uplift and uphold.
For disrespectful criticism not able to speak back,
Can leave a lasting impact, a heavy, painful attack.

A Symphony of Language
A Symphony of Language
With each stroke of pen, and every word,
A symphony of language is heard.
The melody of words, so sweet,
As they dance, and flow, and meet. The rhythm of each sentence, so divine,
As they come together, line by line.
Each sound, a note, in harmony,
A symphony of language, for all to see.The power of words, to inspire and move,
To lift our spirits, and make us prove,
That language, is more than just words on a page,
It’s a symphony, that can soothe, and engage. With every poem, and every song,
A new world is born, where we belong.
A world of magic, and beauty so rare,
A symphony of language, beyond compare.Oh, the beauty of language, so grand,
A symphony, that we can all understand.
For in the world of words, we find our voice,
And in its melody, we can all rejoice.

This Time It Was Mockery
This Time It Was Mockery
This time it was mockery, that cut me so deep,
A world of darkness, that’s hard to sweep,
The words, they stung, with a venomous bite,
A world of pain, that’s hard to outfight. The laughter, it echoed, with a cruel intent,
A world of betrayal, that’s hard to prevent,
The tears, they flowed, with a heart so heavy,
A world of emotion, that’s hard to levy. But even in the darkness, there’s a glimmer of light,
A reminder of hope, that’s forever in sight.

Gathering Words
Gathering words, like flowers in a field,
Each one unique, with its own appeal.
Some like daisies, simple and bright,
Others like roses, a complex delight.Words are treasures, to be carefully picked,
Arranged and woven, until they click.
They can heal, they can inspire,
They can build, they can light the fire.Gathering words, a task so dear,
To speak from the heart, without fear.
Let them flow, in a powerful stream,
And make the world a better dream.

Words finality
Words, like daggers, can cut deep,
Their finality, a wound to keep.
Once spoken, they cannot be unsaid,
A specter that haunts both heart and head.Oh, how we wish for a way to retract,
To take back words that cause impact.
But alas, they are out in the open air,
And leave us with naught but despair. So let us choose our words with care,
And think before we speak and share.
For words, once uttered, cannot be undone,
And their finality, forever will be spun.

Every Day and Every Night
Every day and every night,
My heart beats with all its might.
With every breath I take,
I pray that this love won’t ever break.
I think about you all the time,
Your smile, your laugh, so divine.
Your love is like the sun,
Always shining, never done.
Every moment we spend together,
Feels like a dream, too good to be true, never.
I never get tired of hearing you say,
Those three little words that make my day.
With every beat of my heart,
I know that we’ll never be apart.
Every day and every night,
My love for you burns oh so bright.
-
Your words are poison
Your words are poison, venomous and deadly,
Dripping with toxicity and deceit so deadly,
They sneak into my being, wreaking havoc and pain,
And leave me with wounds that refuse to heal again.
You speak so well, with honeyed tones and charms,
Then leave me in a state, with shattered trust and harms,
Your false promises and lies have left me with damage,
That I struggle to keep up with, and can barely manage.
Your words are poison, bringing only hurt and pain,
And yet I keep returning, again and again,
Hoping somehow, magically, things will change,
Not realizing your toxicity, so deeply ingrained.
Like a snake lurking in the grass, waiting to strike,
Your words have brought despair, leaving me in a dark plight,
But I refuse to be your prey, anymore, no matter how hard you try,
Your words may be poison, but I am done letting them hurt me and my life.

The Art of Perspective
The Art of Perspective
Life is an art, a masterpiece divine
With perspectives vast, diverse and fine
Contagious they are, spreading like fire
My fear is losing mine, in envy’s desireBeauty is in the eye, of the beholder they say
Perspective displayed, in a unique way
Words inherit meaning, in every hue and shade
Patience burns within, a raging flame unslayedA pat on the shoulder, eases the pain we bear
A simple gesture, showing someone you care
Life is an art, a canvas we paint
With perspectives unique, no two the same.

A symphony of language, like singing birds,
Each syllable a step, each phrase a turn,
A rhythm that flows, like a river’s churn. The words do sway, to the beat of the heart,
In a tapestry of emotions, like a work of art,
A story unfolds, with each passing line,
A journey of the soul, that is truly divine. In verse in motion, we find our voice,
A way to express, our hopes and joys,
A path to healing, and finding peace,
A way to make our worries cease.

Hug of Words
Hug of Words
Wrap me in a hug of words,
Soft and warm like singing birds.
Let them caress my weary soul,
And make my broken spirit whole.Let them flow like a gentle stream,
A balm for wounds that still do gleam.
Let them lift me up, and set me free,
From the chains of doubt that bind me.Let them weave a tapestry of love,
A safety net from the world above.
Let them heal the hurts of the past,
And make the present a time to last. For in the hug of words, I find,
A sanctuary for the heart and mind.
A place where dreams can take flight,
And hope can shine like a beacon bright. So wrap me in a hug of words,
And let them be the sweetest of birds.
Let them comfort, let them console,
And make my heart forever whole.

It Was So Painful to Tell
It Was So Painful to Tell
It was so painful to tell,
The words that shook me, and made me swell.
With every breath, a new fear,
And every word, a new tear.It was so painful to tell,
The secrets hidden, in my shell.
With every look, a new scar,
And every thought, a new bar.It was so painful to tell,
The truth that haunted, and made me yell.
With every memory, a new pain,
And every moment, a new strain. But in the end, I found the strength,
To face the world, and go the length.
I found the courage, to speak my mind,
And leave the pain, and the fear behind. For it’s the truth that sets us free,
And the pain that fades, with each new plea.
It’s the courage we find, to speak our heart,
That sets us free, and makes us restart. So let us speak up, and break the chain,
And find the strength, to speak our pain.
For in the end, it’s the love we share,
That heals the wounds, and makes us repair.

I’d Hide My Words Away
I’d Hide My Words Away
I’d hide my words away, if I could
And keep them safe, in a quiet wood
For they are the thoughts, that fill my head
And the secrets, that I’ve left unsaidSometimes, I long to keep them in
And let them simmer, under my skin
For fear of what the world might say
And the judgement, that might come my wayBut then I think, of all the times
That my words have helped, to ease the minds
Of those who struggled, with the same
And how my words, could help ease the painSo I’ll take my words, and set them free
And let them be, what they are meant to be
For they are a part of me, you see
And I’d never want, to hide that from thee.authenticity, away, expression, fear, freedom, hide, i’d, Judgement, poem, poems, Poetry, secrets, self-acceptance, Thoughts, vulnerability, words

our words echoing, never to tire,
capturing the heart’s every desire.

A Drunken Mouth
A drunken mouth speaks words untold
With reckless abandon, so bold
It spills out secrets, and stories too
And reveals the soul, that’s hidden from viewA drunken mouth, with slurred speech
Is a window to the heart, that’s hard to breach
It says what’s on the mind, without a filter
And leaves the speaker, feeling like a winnerBut a drunken mouth can also bring strife
And cause pain to loved ones, in its rife
It can lead to regret, and sorrow too
And leave the speaker, feeling so blueSo let us learn, to hold our tongue
And not let liquor, be our song
For a drunken mouth, can lead us astray
And cause us to regret, what we sayInstead, let us speak with grace
And choose our words, with care and pace
For a sober mouth, is a sign of strength
And leads us to a life, of true content.

The Spirit of Your Words
The Spirit of Your Words
The spirit of your words, it speaks to me so sweet,
In every phrase and sentence, my heart begins to beat.
I feel the warmth of your love, with every syllable you say,
And I know that you’re here with me, in every single way.
Our connection is so strong, it’s like we share a mind,
And we understand each other, even without a word to find.

I Wish Memory Erasing Exist
I Wish Memory Erasing Exist
I wish memory erasing exist,
To wipe away the pain, that we resist.
To forget the moments, that hurt us so,
And leave behind, the hurtful blow.I wish memory erasing exist,
To remove the scars, that we enlist.
To forget the words, that cut so deep,
And leave behind, the wounds we keep.I wish memory erasing exist,
To erase the tears, that we persist.
To forget the heartache, that we endure,
And leave behind, the pain so pure. But in the end, I know it’s not the way,
To erase the memories, and let them fray.
For it’s the moments, that make us strong,
And the lessons learned, that make us belong. So let us embrace, the memories we hold,
And find the strength, to be so bold.
For in the end, it’s the life we live,
That makes us whole, and helps us to give.
